You are more than welcome to visit pups or schedule a video call before placing a deposit. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice to schedule an appointment when possible.

To claim a pup before 8 weeks of age, we ask you please place a 20% deposit, with remaining 80% payable at time of pickup or delivery. This can be done via the site, by claiming the pup of your choice with promo code DEPOSIT at checkout. You will see an 80% discount applied automatically. You will also receive a confirmation email stating that the pup is yours. Other e-banking options (Venmo, Paypal and CashApp) are available as well. If you prefer to place a deposit in person, you are more than welcome to.

Deposits are fully refundable for up to 7 days.
